Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Dycoutureboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Defective items MUST be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not able to issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Do not return any items without contacting us first. Any items not received in good conditions, free of ALL SCENTS, stains, and damage will not be excepted and customers will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have items sent back to them. Any unaccepted store credits that have not had pay the reshipping fees paid within 30 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS,


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
All items found in the sale category, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return on gift cards.

Exchanges

At Dycoutureboutique, we're constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandiseIn addition, we cannot put merchandise on hold. If you are returning an item, please follow our normal return procedures to send the item back to us. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. You may use the credit towards the correct items/size or for another item.
